St. Peter's Support Group
Bright Side of Life! Life Is Good! 
Who Are We? For over 17 years , the St. Peter's Support Group has been devoted to helping people on a peer to peer basis who are coping with a divorce or the loss of a spouse or who have never been married. Through it's leaders and dedicated volunteers, the group provides support through its' weekly meetings that include discussions and sharing which helps individuals take their minds off any current problems and also by the contributions of others who have been through similar situations (who survived and prospered). The group has a good balance of both men and women with members of all different ages. This is a warm and caring group of sincere people who have created a community that supplies generous support and friendship not only to its' members, but also gives support to local, needy causes that come to its' attention. First time visitors are offered an orientation and sharing meeting guided by one of the long time group leaders. A new, extra special addition: Our Meeting Calendar St. Peter's Support Group meetings are held every Thursday 7:30-9:30 PM. St. Peter the Apostle Social Hall, 431 Fifth Ave. River Edge, NJ. Donations $1. After the meetings the group gathers at the River Edge Diner Kinderkamack Rd. At each meeting, a signup clipboard is passed around so individuals can let the group leaders and planners know of their intentions to participate in any of the planned activities. So, come join us for fun and support in your difficult time.

Social Activities For One And All
St. Peter's Support Group is always finding ways and activities for it's members to have fun and enjoy themselves. Here is the current list of planned events and activities. Giving Back - Make A Difference For Others
Throughout the year, the group participates in supporting different community needs with volunteers and donations of food, clothing, gifts and love. The funds for these gifts are generated throughout the year from the 50/50 club payouts and additional resources including contributions of cash or gifts from the membership. Interested members can participate by making contributions of time, involvement, money or toy gifts. A sign-up clip board is available where members can add their name to indicate their desire to be involved in the project as a volunteer. Help others and get a payback - ten fold.
